We are looking for direct support professionals to work part-time supporting individuals with disabilities in Pierz and Little Falls. Duties may include assisting individuals with ADLs, personal cares, cooking, cleaning, administering medications and treatments, implementing goals and facilitating activities. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be able to pass a criminal background study and a substance abuse screening. All positions include every other weekend and every other holiday. Minimum starting wage is $12.50 per hour with a $.50 differential during the 3-11p shift and a $1.00 differential during the 11p-7a shift. Coordinates and manages the occupational health care needs of employees. Responsible for the identification, investigation, reporting, prevention and control of healthcare associated infections (HAIs) among patients and personnel. As coordinator, this position acts as an authority to identify infection control issues and has the ability to implement corrective actions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree (B. A.); Or one to two years related experience and/or training. RN preferred. Completion of training program for infection prevention, or within six months of hire. Certification in infection prevention (APIC) or obtained within three years. Flexible work schedule required. Excellent salary and benefit package.
